Elisa Entered into a EUR 170 Million Revolving Credit Facility

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 3 JUNE 2011 AT 3:05pm

Elisa has today signed a EUR 170 million five-year Syndicated Revolving Credit
Facility. Agreement has option to be extended by two years. The facility is for
general corporate purposes and replaces the facility with same size that was
signed in June 2005 and maturing in June 2012.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners of the facility are Danske Bank,
Nordea Bank Finland Plc ja Pohjola Bank plc together with Swedbank AB (publ) as
an arranger.

Pohjola Bank plc acted as coordinator.
