Nixu Corporation’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2022

Nixu Corporation, Stock Exchange Release on December 3, 2021 at 13.50 EET

In 2022, Nixu Corporation publishes a financial statements release, annual
report, half-year financial report and provides CEO’s review, revenue
information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for the first and third quarter
according to the following schedule:

  · Financial statements release for 2021: Thursday, February 10, 2022
  · CEO’s review, revenue information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for January –
March 2022: Thursday, April 14, 2022
  · Half-year financial report January – June 2022: Thursday, August 11, 2022
  · CEO’s review, revenue information, EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA for July –
September 2022: Thursday, October 13, 2022

The Annual Report 2021 will be published on week 7. It includes the Financial
Statements, Board of Directors' Report, the Corporate Governance Statement and
the Remuneration Report. It will be available on Nixu’s website at
www.nixu.com/investors.

AGM 2022

The planned date for the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at
4:00 PM EET. The company’s Board of Directors will send out an official call for
the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
