The total value of Affecto's services will be approximately 3 million Euros. The project will last until the beginning of 2011 when the SKAT EFI solution is planned to be put into production. This project will be the biggest Business Intelligence project in the Affecto's history so far. The SKAT EFI project is a single common debt collection system for public services in Denmark. The new EFI system handles a large variety of collection of public debt for example tax, fines and public bills. The new EFI system automates debt collection by using analytical information from the SKAT Data Warehouse. Affecto will, as subcontractor to the KMD/CapGemini consortium, deliver the following services to the SKAT EFI project: - A new EFI Data Warehouse and reporting solution - Behavioral scoring system supporting operational decision processes - Data Migration from old legacy systems to the new EFI solution The SKAT Data Warehouse platform is based on tools from Informatica and Business Objects. Affecto has helped SKAT in establishing this platform and has previously delivered several Business Intelligence projects for SKAT. The SKAT EFI solution is phase 2.2 of the system modernization program in SKAT providing new business solutions on a service oriented architecture (SOA) platform.
