Cargotec's year 2013 annual report and financial statements published

Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2013 and financial statements for the
accounting period 1 January-31 December 2013 have been published in English and
Finnish on the company's website at http://annualreport2013.cargotec.com/.

The online annual report includes the financial statements, the Board of
Directors' report and the Auditors' report. The annual report also provides
information about Cargotec's streamlined strategy and business areas MacGregor,
Kalmar and Hiab in the year 2013. At the download centre, ready-made entities
can be downloaded and tailored reports can be created.

Cargotec has also published its corporate governance statement 2013. The
statement has been published separately from the Board of Directors' report and
it is available on Cargotec's website at www.cargotec.com.
