Regarding the electricity distribution price caps and supply service price cap
for 2013 

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-10-05 13:31 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 5 October 2012
the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy approved electricity
distribution price caps for 2013: 

  •    in medium - voltage networks 4,747 ct/kWh or 1,37 EUR cents/kWh;

  •    in low - voltage networks 6,219 ct/kWh or 1,80 EUR cents/kWh.

Currently electricity distribution price cap in medium-voltage networks is 4,88
ct/kWh or 1,41 EUR cents/kWh, in low-voltage networks - 6,41 ct/kWh or 1,86 EUR
cents/kWh. 

In 2013, changes in principals of Public Service Obligations taxation will
affect Company's variable costs. There will be no significant impact on
Company's financial results, because of reduced distribution price cap. 



On 5 October 2012 the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy
approved public supply service price cap for 2013: 

  •    public supply service 0.49 ct/kWh or 0.14 EUR cents/kWh.

Currently public supply service price cap is 0.44 ct/kWh or 0,13 EUR cents/kWh.

Public supply service cap is rising due to expectations of lower electricity
sales in 2013.  There will be no significant impact on Company's financial
results.
