AFFECTO DELIVERS SOLUTION FOR THE NEW PENSION SYSTEM IN NORWAY

Affecto  has  signed an agreement with Norwegian government agency responsible
for  Labour and Welfare (NAV) for the development of Norwegian pension system.
Affecto  is  responsible  for  delivery of the  data  warehouse  and  Business
Intelligence solution that will be used for statistics and management  of  the
data.  The  estimated value of the agreement is between  1.3  to  1.9  million
euros. Project will be mainly carried out in year 2010.

The  reform  of the pension system is the largest social reform in  Norway  in
this  decade.  NAV  manages  over third of the Norwegian  government's  budget
employing 17.000 in 413 offices around Norway.

Affecto  has  participated in the Norwegian pension  system  solution  program
since 2007. Affecto has earlier delivered the technical infrastructure used by
NAV  for  their data warehouse and Business Intelligence initiatives. The  new
contract  is  part  of  the  phase three of the data  warehouse  and  Business
intelligence implementation.
