Aspocomp Group Plc (business ID 1547801-5) received on February 18, 2016 a
notification of major shareholding, pursuant to the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the
Finnish Securities Markets Act from Hartiavoima Ky, as a result of the
implementation of changes to the transparency directive in the Finnish
Securities Market Act. According to the notification Hartiavoima Ky's (business
ID 2728049-5) holdings and voting rights in Aspocomp Group Plc exceeded 10
percent threshold on February 18, 2016. 

According to the notification Hartiavoima Ky's holdings in Aspocomp Group Plc
amounted to 643,863 shares on February 18, 2016, which corresponded to 10.05
percent of the total amount of shares and votes in Aspocomp Group Plc.
