NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITES MARKET ACT



Amanda Capital Plc has on 21 December 2010 received a notification in
accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act. 



Janne Larma and Chilla Capital SA (domicile Luxembourg, register number 147465)
have notified them being a party in a transaction, in which Amanda Capital Plc
has published that it will join forces with the eQ Asset Management group of
companies and Advium Corporate Finance Oy. The exceeding of the threshold of
the flagging notification happens when the joining of forces is executed and
the shares issued in the directed share issue have been registered with the
Trade Register. The arrangement is in force until 31 March 2011 unless
otherwise agreed. 



In connection with the joining of forces Janne Larma is given option rights
based on the option scheme 2010 of Amanda Capital Plc, which option rights
entitle to new shares in the company in accordance with terms of the option
scheme 2010. 



Janne Larma or Chilla Capital SA do not currently own (directly or indirectly)
any shares in Amanda Capital Plc.

Chilla Capital SA is a company fully owned by Janne Larma and Notalar Oy
(business identity code 1087167-8) is a company controlled by him. The direct
shareholding of Janne Larma and Notalar Oy in Amanda Capital Plc after the
transaction does not reach, exceed or go under the flagging thresholds
stipulated in the Securities Market Act. 



The shareholding has been calculated as set out in the appendix.

Appendix



Amanda Capital Plc announced on 21 December 2010 that it will join forces with
eQ Asset Management Group and Advium Corporate Finance Oy (“Combination”). The
Combination shall be implemented through a directed share issue to the current
owners of eQ Asset Management Group Oy and Advium Corporate Finance Oy as well
as the holders of the convertible debt instrument issued by eQ Asset Management
Group Oy. 



As at the date of this announcement the registered number of shares in Amanda
Capital Plc is 22 767 746. Should the Combination and share issue materialize,
the number of shares in Amanda Capital Plc will increase by 10 302 605 shares
at the maximum. 



The number of shares and votes of Janne Larma (and Chilla Capital SA and
Notalar Oy) after the transaction have been calculated in accordance with
standard 5.2b, Section 7.3.1, Sub-Section (22) of the Finnish Financial
Supervisory Authority so that (i) the maximum amount of shares to be issued to
Chilla Capital SA and Notalar Oy in the directed share issue and the maximum
number of shares to be subscribed for based on the option rights of Janne Larma
have been taken into consideration in the number of shares of Janne Larma (and
Chilla Capital SA and Notalar Oy) and (ii) the maximum amount of new shares to
be issued in the directed share issue has been taken into consideration in the
total number of shares in Amanda Capital Plc.
