BankNordik - Proposed dividend 2011 - Payment details

With reference to recommendations issued by Nasdaq OMX Iceland hf. we shall
hereby provide the following details for the proposed dividend payment to be
decided upon at BankNordik's Annual General Meeting 25 March 2011: 

1. The dividend per share and the total dividend amount: DKK 4 per share and in
total DKK 40,000,000 
2. Is the dividend payment to be made in full or in part by means other than
cash? No 
3. Record date: 30 March 2011
4. Date when trading exclusive of dividends begins (ex-date): 28 March 2011
5. Payment date: 31 March 2011
