ESA HARJU APPOINTED AS CEO OF IXONOS

Ixonos' Board of Directors has appointed Esa Harju, M.Sc (Tech), 45, as the
President and CEO of Ixonos Plc. He will assume the position from his current
role as Country Director, Finland and Head of Nordic & Baltic Region at Nokia
Siemens Networks. 

Esa Harju has over 20 years of international experience in general management,
sales and marketing. He has held numerous positions worldwide at Nokia and NSN,
including regional management, direct sales management responsibilities, as
well as various marketing and business management roles. His international
assignments include management positions in Great Britain, Malaysia, Italy and
China. He has also been responsible for global sales of NSN Core Networks, as
well as global marketing at Nokia Networks, and is experienced in dealing with
the media, investors and analysts. 

Esa Harju will start as President and CEO of Ixonos by February 10th, 2013.
