2011-11-29 08:00:00 CET 2011-11-29 08:00:48 CET REGULATED INFORMATION Tekla - Company AnnouncementTekla Corporation applies for the delisting of its sharesTekla Corporation Stock exchange release November 29, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Tekla Corporation applies for the delisting of its shares Trimble Finland Oy ("Trimble Finland") has on November 25, 2011 filed its statement of claim in the arbitration proceedings concerning the redemption of minority shares in Tekla Corporation ("Tekla"), which Trimble Finland has initiated in accordance with chapter 18 of the Companies Act. According to chapter 18, section 6 of the Companies Act, if the Arbitral Tribunal considers the existence of the redemption right to be clear, the minority shares subject to the proceedings are immediately transferred to Trimble Finland upon the posting of a security for the payment of the redemption price in the form approved by the Arbitral Tribunal. Tekla's Board of Directors has resolved to apply for the termination of public trading in the Tekla share and the delisting of the share. Tekla has filed an application concerning the matter with the Listing Committee of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. In the application, Tekla requests that the Tekla share be delisted from the official list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki as soon as possible once the title to the shares subject to the redemption proceedings has been transferred to Trimble Finland in accordance with chapter 18, section 6 of the Companies Act.
