Ukio Bankas AB - Notification on material event

The results of the second stage of the new share issue offering and information on the third stage of offering

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 

During the second stage of new share issue offering, when shares were offered
by applications to all willing investors, 21 629 353 shares were disseminated.
9 000 shares are remaining after Stage II. These shares will be offered at
Stage III. The members of the Board and Supervisory Council of the Bank have
the right to acquire the remaining unsubscribed shares in equal proportions. 

Information about Stage III:

  -- the beginning of the stage: 23 August 2011;
  -- the duration of the stage: 3 calendar days for subscription of share
     subscription agreements and payment for shares (until 25 August 2011).
