Correction: Anu Kallio will commence as the Director of Private Healthcare
Services of Pihlajalinna on 1 October 2024

Pihlajalinna corrects the Stock Exchange Release in English published on 12
September 2024 at 9:30 a.m. In the original release, it was erroneously stated
that Anu Kallio Anu Kallio will start as Director, Private Healthcare services
on 1 September 2024. The correct time for Kallio's start is on 1 October 2024.
In the Finnish version of the Stock Exchange Release the information was stated
correctly.

Anu Kallio will start as Director, Private Healthcare services and as a member
of the Management Team of Pihlajalinna Plc on 1 October 2024. As previously
communicated in a Stock Exchange Release on 27 May 2024, Kallio is joining
Pihlajalinna from the position of CEO of Humana Finland.
