As a result of a share transaction concluded 15 May, 2007, the holdings of      
Nordstjernan AB represent less than one-fourth (1/4) of the voting rights and   
share capital in Ramirent Oyj. Under chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities    
Markets Act, we hereby notify the Financial Supervision Authority and Ramirent
