Janne Mielck appointed as Dovre Group's new CEO

Dovre Group's Board of Directors has appointed Janne Mielck as the new Chief
Executive Officer of Dovre Group. Mielck, currently a board member of Dovre
Group, will assume his position as CEO on October 3, 2011. The Board has agreed
with the current CEO Ilkka Toivola that he will continue in his position until
October 3, 2011. Mielck will resign his position on Dovre Group's Board of
Directors upon starting as the new CEO. 

Janne Mielck, 45, (M.Sc. Eng.), has held several international senior
management positions both in industry and finance. Currently Mielck is Vice
President, Business Development at Neste Oil Corporation, heading development
activities covering both renewable fuels growth business as well as
conventional oil and gas business. Before joining Neste Oil in 2007, he was
private equity investor at 3i Group and Orienteq Capital. Prior to this, he
worked at TeliaSonera Corporation in various top management positions in
Finland, Hong Kong and in London.
