The auction for the sale vessels

On 15.12.2009 the auctions for the sale of the vessels STARIS and SVILAS  took  
place in A B “ Lietuvos juru laivininkyste “. The vessels were built in 1985    
year. The auction winners  are the companies registered in Greece and Lebanon.  
At the present time the sale and purchase documents are being prepared.         
The vessel will be delivered to the Buyers if the contract is not cancelled by  
the Buyers and the purchase price is paid.The delivery of the vessels and 
purchase price payments are expected in 1,5-2 months.
