Tieto to appoint Satu Kiiskinen as head of the Public, Healthcare and Welfare Industry Group

Tieto Corporation has today appointed Satu Kiiskinen (M.Sc. Econ., born in
1965) as a member of the Leadership Team as of 1 March 2013, and Executive Vice
President, Public, Healthcare and Welfare Industry Group. Satu Kiiskinen will
be transferring to Tieto from Elisa Corporation. She has previously worked as a
consultant and partner at BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting). 

Tieto's industry-driven organization plays an important part in fulfilling the
company's new revised strategy. The Public, Healthcare and Welfare Industry
Group plays an important part in Tieto's business operations and the
development of IT capabilities within the entire public sector. Tieto solutions
in the public, healthcare and welfare sector range from leading software
solutions and continuous application services to consulting and integration
services.

In order to reach synergies within Tieto's Public, Healthcare and Welfare in
the Nordic countries, Satu Kiiskinen will start on 1 January 2013 by
familiarizing herself with operations in Sweden and Ari Järvelä will be
responsible for the operations during the transition period of January-February
2013.
