Decisions Taken at Citycon Oyj's Board of Directors' Organising Meeting

Chaim Katzman was elected Chairman and Ronen Ashkenazi and Thom Wernink Deputy
Chairmen of Citycon Oyj's Board of Directors in the Board of Directors'
organising meeting that took place after the Annual General Meeting today. 

The Board resolved to change the name of the Board of Directors' Nomination
Committee to Nomination and Governance Committee and to elect the following
Board members to the Board of Directors' committees:
