Q1 2014 results – Investor meeting on 29 April 2014

Marel will release the company's consolidated financial statement for Q1 2014
after market closing on 28 April 2014. 

Marel invites market participants and investors to a meeting where the
financial results for Q1 2014 will be presented by Arni Oddur Thordarson, CEO,
Erik Kaman, CFO and Sigsteinn P. Gretarsson, COO. 

The presentation will be held on Tuesday 29 April, at 8:30 am (GMT), at the
company's headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer.
