LASSILA & TIKANOJA 2008 SHARE OPTIONS TO BE LISTED ON 1 NOVEMBER 2010

Trading in Lassila & Tikanoja plc 2008 share option rights issued in 2008 will
commence on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 1 November 2010. 

Each share option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share of Lassila& Tikanoja plc (LAT1V). Pursuant to the 2008 share options a maximum of 168,000
Lassila & Tikanoja plc shares can be subscribed for. The exercise price shall
be recognised in the invested non-restricted equity fund. 

A total of 230,000 2008 share options were issued, but 62,000 options held by
L&T Advance Oy will not be used for share subscriptions. 

As a result of the exercise of the outstanding 2008 share options, the number
of the Lassila & Tikanoja plc shares may increase by a maximum of 168,000 new
shares. 

The share subscription period for the 2008 share option rights is from 1
November 2010 to 31 May 2012.

Shares shall be subscribed for at Nordea Bank Finland Plc.

The shares shall entitle their holders to a dividend once they have been
entered in the Trade Register.
