Elematic Oyj informed of instigation of written procedure on bond term
amendments

Elematic Oyj ("Elematic") has previously in a stock exchange release dated 21
November 2016 announced that Elematic and certain significant bondholders have
on the date thereof signed a term sheet on the amendment of the terms and
conditions of the EUR 35,000,000 bonds issued by Elematic and that Elematic will
prepare a proposal for final amended terms and conditions and request the
bondholders' agent to instigate a written procedure on the bondholders' approval
in respect of the same.
Elematic has today been informed by the bondholders' agent that the above
discussed written procedure has been instigated.
