Apranga APB - Notification on material event

On plans of Apranga Group for 2009

In respect to heavily predictable trends in the consumer products and services
market of the Baltic States, as well as indefinite impact to retail trade of
sudden changes of the tax systems in Lithuania and in Latvia, the Apranga Group
postpones announcement of activity plans for 2009. There will be the separate
announcement released on activity targets.
