Interim financial statement for the 12 months of 2007

The gain from sale of Vilniaus Kapitalo Vystymo Projektai UAB shares in amount
of LTL 14,408 thousand in the consolidated financial statements of the Group
was accounted not in the statement of income, but in the statement of changes
in equity.
