NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Ruukki Group Plc ("Ruukki" or the "Company") (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) announces
that following a notification received on 19 July 2012, Philip Baum, Non-
executive Director, has sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares")
at the price of GBP 0.55 per Share 12 July 2012. The trades were made on the
London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, Philip Baum holds now no shares in Ruukki
Group Plc.
