On November 17, 2016 the credit rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings
(S&P) affirmed its investment grade ‘BBB/A-3’ long- and short-term issuer
credit ratings to The Mortgage Society of Finland. The outlook of the rating
improved to stable reflecting S&P’s view of the gradual recovery in the Finnish
economy and strengthening of the housing market.
