Componenta’s financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2017

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 25.11.2016 at 10.00

Componenta Corporation will change its financial reporting practices and will
publish its Financial Statements Release, Half-year Financial Report and two
Interim Statements instead of 1-3/2017 and 1-9/2017 Interim Reports in 2017 as
follows: 

20 February 2017 - Financial Statements Release for 2016
16 May 2017 - Interim Statement for January-March 2017
18 August 2017 - Half-year Financial Report for January-June 2017
16 November 2017 - Interim Statement for January-September 2017

The year 2016 Annual Report including the Financial Statements and Report by
the Board of Directors will be published on 17 March 2017 at the latest. 

Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday, 7 April
2017. Componenta’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
