Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair Plc      Stock Exchange Release     17 March 2015 at  16:00 EET

Finnair has today received a total of 14,893 own shares gratuitously. The shares
were returned to Finnair in accordance to the rules of Finnair's share-based
incentive scheme 2010-2012, because two of the participants of the plan decided
to leave the company during restriction period.
