Pienas that was held on 7 February 2014 made the following decisions: 

  1. Regarding the dissolution of the body of the company - Supervisory Board.

Resolution:

  1. Not to dissolve the body of the company - Supervisory Board.

General shareholders meeting did not consider other items on the agenda and did
not make the resolutions as other items on the agenda cannot be discussed and
resolutions cannot be made after the resolution of the shareholders not to
dissolve the Supervisory Board.
