Announcement pursuant to Securities Act Chapter 2, Section 10

Talentum Oyj (Business ID 0114701-2) has on January 1, 2013 received an
announcement under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, according
to which the total number of shares held by Accendo Capital SICAV-SIF ((ID:
B136618) exceeded the threshold of 10 per cent of Talentum Oyj's share capital
and voting rights on December 28, 2012 following Accendo Capital SICAV-SIF's
share purchases. 

According to the announcement, the number of shares held by Accendo Capital
SICAV-SIF increased from  4,238,8220 shares to 4,489,920 shares, corresponding
to 10.1 per cent of Talentum Oyj's shares and voting rights. 

The share capital of Talentum Oyj is 44,295,787 and each share equals to one
vote.
