Preliminary unaudited AB bank SNORAS activity results of year 2010

AB Bank SNORAS profit of 2010 financial activity prior to the provisions
comprises LTL 85.25 million (EUR 24.69 million), the profit of the Group - LTL
60.46 million (EUR 17.51 million). The net unaudited profit of the Bank is LTL
9.93 million (EUR 2.88 million). Net unaudited loss for the Group - LTL 20.27
million (EUR 5.87 million).
