Basware expands cooperation with major Finnish retail chain by delivering
accounts payable automation and e-invoicing services

Basware has expanded cooperation with a major Finnish retail chain and signed an
agreement on the delivery of accounts payable automation and e-invoicing
services. The agreement includes invoice automation, inbound e-invoicing and
scanning services, which the customer has already in use. In addition, the new
agreement covers extended support services. The value of the agreement is
approximately EUR 400,000 over three years."The customer receives over 400,000 invoices annually from its suppliers. With
our services, the customer receives almost all the invoices as e-invoices. E-
invoicing is a key enabler in simplifying connections, improving processes,
making significant cost savings and strengthening buyer-supplier relationships.
The customer will also experience the full benefits of the Basware Commerce
Network, an open network that allows buyers and suppliers of all sizes to
