CHANGES IN IXONOS' MANAGEMENT TEAM

Vice President Taina Makkonen is leaving Ixonos on 10 August 2012.

Senior Vice President Timo Kaisla is returning from sabbatical leave in August
2012 and will continue as a member of the Group´s Management Team. 

The members of Ixonos Group´s Management Team as of 13 August 2012 are
President and CEO Kari Happonen, Senior Vice President Timo Leinonen, Senior
Vice President Kari Liuska, Vice President Teppo Kuisma, Vice President Sami
Paihonen and Senior Vice President Timo Kaisla.
