Tornator Oyj's secured bond will be admitted to public trading on 21 December
2012; listing prospectus available 

 

Tornator Oyj (the “Company”), the third largest forest owner in Finland, has on
19 December 2012 issued a EUR 250 million secured bond (“Bond”). The Bond has a
maturity of 7 years, and it carries a fixed coupon with interest rate of 3.125
per cent per annum. The Bond is secured by certain forest properties owned by
the Company in Finland. 

 

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing
prospectus relating to the listing of the Bond. In addition to information
concerning the Bond, the prospectus includes information about the Company and
its business and financial position. 

The prospectus will be available as of today on the Company's website
www.tornator.fi and at the offices of the Company at Napinkuja 3 C, 55100
Imatra, Finland. In addition, the prospectus will be available at the service
point of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy at Fabianinkatu 14, 00100 Helsinki, Finland and
at the offices of the lead managers of the Bond at Pohjola Bank plc, Pohjola
Markets, Teollisuuskatu 1 b, 00510 Helsinki, Finland, Skandinaviska Enskilda
Banken AB (publ), Helsinki Branch, TCM/Debt Capital Markets, Unioninkatu 30,
00100 Helsinki, Finland and Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Aleksanterinkatu 11,

The Bond will be admitted to public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy on 21
December 2012.
