SUOMINEN YHTYMÄ OYJ IS NOW SUOMINEN OYJ

The Finnish Trade Register has approved the Finnish company name change of
Suominen Yhtymä  Oyj on 12 April 2012 according to the resolution passed by The
Annual General Meeting on 4 April 2012. The new Finnish company name is
Suominen Oyj. 

The company name in English remains the same being Suominen Corporation. Order
Book Code of Helsinki Stock Exchange remains unchanged.
