Changes in the Committees of Elcoteq SE's Board of Directors

Elcoteq SE´s Board of Directors has decided in its meeting on following changes
in the composition of Audit and Compensation committees.

Audit Committee
The number of committee´s members increases by one as Mr. Hannu Krogerus is
elected as the new Chairman of the committee. Mr. Heikki Horstia, Mr. Martti
Ahtisaari, Mr. Eero Kasanen and Mr. François Pauly continue as members of the
committee.

Compensation Committee
The number of committee´s members increases by two as Mr. Hannu Krogerus is
elected as the new Chairman of the committee and Mr. Paul Paukku as a member of
the committee. Mr. Heikki Horstia, Mr. Martti Ahtisaari, Mr. Eero Kasanen, Mr.
François Pauly and Mr. Pauli Aalto-Setälä continue as members of the committee.

There will be no changes in the Nomination committee.
