Concerning Bank's Subsidiary Company

We hereby inform you that according to the decision of the Board of AB Bank
SNORAS it was decided to establish the bank's subsidiary company VšĮ "SNORO
paramos fondas". The company is being established seeking to more effectively
use and allocate the Group funds designated for sponsoring various social
projects and the spheres of the society activity.
