Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Judicial resolution regarding the penalty imposed by the Competition Counsel

Vilnius district administrative court rejected the complaint of AB „Rokiskio
suris“ regarding the Competition Counsel resolution to impose a penalty
amounting to LTL 824 800. Following the law AB „Rokiskio suris“ is considering
the opportunity to appeal the court's resolution to the Supreme Administrative
Court of Lithuania.
