Announcement of share buy-in

Emitter: AB Lietuvos Elektrinė, address of headquarters Elektrinės St. 21,
Elektrėnai, company code 110870933. 

AB Lietuvos Elektrinė shareholders shall be entitled, within 90 days of the
date of publication of this announcement, to request the Lithuanian state,
represented by the Republic of Lithuania Ministry of the Economy, which is AB
Lietuvos Elektrinė shareholder owning at least 95 percent of the capital
granting the voting right and at least 95 percent of all votes at the emitter's
general shareholders' meeting, to buy-in the shares owned by them for the price
of LTL 7.39 (seven litas and thirty-nine cents) per ordinary registered AB
Lietuvos Elektrinė share with a nominal value of LTL 1 (notifications regarding
buy-in of shares shall be addressed to the emitter) or appeal against the share
price indicated in this notification (the appeal shall be addressed to Vilnius
Circuit Court). AB Lietuvos Elektrinė shareholders may familiarise themselves
with the documents substantiating the set share price at the emitter's
headquarters.
The Lithuanian state, represented by the Republic of Lithuania Ministry of the
Economy, which is AB Lietuvos Elektrinė shareholder owning at least 95 percent
of the capital granting the voting right and at least 95 percent of all votes
at the emitter's general shareholders' meeting, within 90 days of the date of
publication of this announcement, will have to buy-in AB Lietuvos Elektrinė
shares from the shareholder indicated in the announcement of share buy-in or
appeal against the proposed share price indicated in this notification.
