SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH PKC GROUP PLC'S YEAR 2006 AND 2009 OPTIONS



A total of 57,157 PKC Group Plc's shares have been subscribed for with 2006
options (28,780 with 2006B options and 28,377 with 2006C options), and the
corresponding increase in the share capital is EUR 19,433.38. A total of 67,750
PKC Group Plc's shares have been subscribed for with 2009A options. New shares
and increase in share capital corresponding to subscriptions have been entered
into the Trade Register on 10 May 2012. 



After the increase the Company's registered share capital is EUR 6,191,021.56,
divided into 21,482,312 shares. The shares will entitle their holders to
dividends and other shareholder rights in the Company as of the date of
registration of the shares in the Trade Register. The new shares will be traded
on the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as
of 11 May 2012. 



The share subscriptions with 2006 options are based on the stock option scheme
initiated in 2006. After the registration of the current subscription, the
Company's share capital may further be increased by a maximum of 82,260 shares
i.e. EUR 27,968.40 as a result of the exercise of the remaining outstanding
option rights. The terms and conditions of stock options 2006 and further

The share subscriptions with 2009 options are based on the stock option scheme
initiated in 2009. After the registration of the current subscription, the
Company's number of shares may further be increased by a maximum of 532,250
shares as a result of the exercise of the remaining outstanding option rights.
