Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options

Between 15 December 2012 and 15 March 2013 a total of 62 986 shares have been
subscribed with the 2008B stock options (FI4000041512). As a result of the
share subscriptions, the number of Affecto's shares will increase to 21 606
054. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
28 March 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 2 April 2013.
