the year 2008                                                                   


The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the twelve months 
of the year 2008 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting    
Standards:                                                                      

- Sales revenue for the twelve months of the year 2008 - LTL 1,555.4 million    
(EUR 450.5 million), for the twelve months of the year 2007 - LTL 1,024.3       
million (EUR 296.6 million);                                                    

- Profit before taxes for the twelve months of the year 2008 - LTL 73.3 million 
(EUR 21.2 million), for the twelve months of the year 2007 - LTL 125.3 million  
(EUR 36.3 million);                                                             

- Net profit for the twelve months of the year 2008 - LTL 64.2 million (EUR 18.6
million), for the twelve months of the year 2007 - LTL 104.0 million (EUR 30.1  
million).
