Notification about disposal and acquisition of voting rights

On December 15, 2008 AB GUBERNIJA received a notification about disposal of
voting rights from Povilas Stumbrys and a notification about acquisition of
voting rights from Vitas Tomkus and UAB „Respublikos“ spaustuve. 

The reason for crossing the threshold is 09 12 2008 agreements of cancellation
of 16 04 2008 agreements of transfer of voting rights.
