DIVIDEND PAYMENT

SOLTEC PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 18.11.2013 at 11.00 am



The board of directors has decided a dividend payment of 0,02 euros per share
using the authorization granted by the annual general meeting March 15, 2013.
The date of dividend ex-date is 19 November 2013, the date of record is 21
November 2013 and the dividend will be paid on 28 November 2013.
