Utenos Trikotazas AB - Notification on material event

AB ,,Utenos trikotažas” sold the realty for 2.8 mln. Lt (0.811 mln. EUR) unused in the company operating activity

On 4 November of 2008, AB „Utenos trikotažas“ signed up the contract of the
sale of the reality, being in the  Kalvarijos str.,2A  Vilnius. AB „Utenos
trikotažas“ sold 411.85 sq.m. area building for 2.8 mln. Lt (0.811 mln.EUR, VAT
uncounted) , and finances, obtained from the sale, allocated to the financial
liabilities downsizing and sponsorship of the operating activity.
