Basware renews e-invoicing services agreement with major telecommunications
operator in Belgium

Basware has renewed the agreement to provide its e-invoicing services to one of
the largest telecommunications operators in Belgium. The services enable the
customer to send all their invoices electronically. The value of the renewed
agreement exceeds EUR 1 million over three years."The customer processes nearly 600,000 e-invoices annually today with volume
expected to grow significantly over the next 12 months. By increasing the
percentage of e-invoices from all invoices sent, they are able to experience the
true benefit of connected commerce across the Basware Commerce Network, an open
network that allows buyers and suppliers of all sizes to collaborate and trade",
