LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the establishment of the UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras.

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų str.
14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary
shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

LESTO informs that on 4 December, 2013 established and registered at the
Register of Legal Entities registers UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras,
which, as mentioned in the notification on material event announced on 25
November, 2013, has the purpose of the providence of IT and telecommunications
services to the shareholders. 

The authorised capital of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras is 10 000
litas. „Lietuvos energija“, UAB, LESTO, „Lietuvos energijos gamyba“, AB,
LITGRID AB respectively will acquire 50%, 20%, 20% and 10% of the shares of the
newly established company.
