Apranga APB - Total number of voting rights and capital

On assimilation of the 20,000,000 shares issue of APB Apranga

On 10 June 2009 AB Central Securities Depository of Lithuania has performed
correction of the general registration account of the shares issued by ABP
Apranga by appending to it a new 20,000,000 shares issue.

AB FMI Finasta, the keeper of the account of shares issued by APB Apranga, will
transfer the newly issued shares to the personal accounts of shareholders who
subscribed to a new share issue on 10 June 2009.

The shareholders who subscribed for a new issue of 20,000,000 shares may start
trading these shares on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange on 10 June 2009.
