Investor meetings

AB bank SNORAS, Lithuania, has appointed Commerzbank AG (Germany) to arrange a
series of investor meetings in Europe, commencing Monday, September 13th. 
Following the investor meetings, Bank SNORAS may consider accessing the market
with a new EUR-denominated debt offering subject to market conditions.
