Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Non-public bonds emission redeemed

On 26 November 2008 Agrowill Group AB successfully bought out LTL 10.65 million
(EUR 3.1 million) non-public bonds emission and continues it's plan to reduce
the amount of financial debt.

Part of funds were gathered from new successfully issued non-public 
bonds emission of LTL 1.2 million (EUR 0.35 million).
