The number of the Bittium Corporation's shares has increased through share subscriptions pursuant to series 2008C stock options and listing time schedule in 2016

The number of the Bittium Corporation's shares has increased through share
subscriptions pursuant to series 2008C stock options and listing time schedule
in 2016

A total of 1,800 new shares in Bittium Corporation were subscribed for between
October 30, 2015 and November 30, 2015, pursuant to series 2008C stock options.
The share subscription price, EUR 990 has been recorded in the Company's
invested non-restricted equity fund.

The corresponding increase in the number of the Company's shares has been
entered into the Finnish Trade Register on December 11, 2015. Shareholder rights
by virtue of the new shares commence as of the abovementioned registration entry
date. Trading with the newly registered shares will start on December 14, 2015
as an additional lot of Bittium Corporation's shares in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
After the registration of the new shares, the number of shares in Bittium
Corporation's totals to 35,600,168.

The share subscription period for stock options 2008C will end on March
31, 2016. The terms and conditions of stock options 2008 are available at
www.bittium.com/investors in the Company's web pages.

The Board of Directors of Bittium Corporation has decided upon the listing time
schedule in 2016 for shares to be subscribed for pursuant to series 2008C stock
options, as follows:

Shares subscribed by January 26, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or
around February 10, 2016
Shares subscribed by March 31, 2016 including this day, will be listed on or
around April 15, 2016
